Edited to add: I don't know whether there will be a brief public announcement about the indictments, assuming there will be some, prior to them being posted on his site or whether they will be posted simultaneously with the announcement.

will be a press conference before it comes out on the website, if who's getting indicted gets leaked it will probably be through the media, not the official site.
