maybe more than I like him by himself. It was just the right amount of clash:cooperation. I think he needs! that. Besides which she has a very seductive laugh.

4. So she's not gone permanently?
Al realy needs a sidekick and I like Katherine. He needs a radio professional to keep him on-track. Sam Seder will be in studio today. I love Al but he needs a sidekick. Even Franny was helpful the other day. He's not a solo radio act.

2. She got a contract to write a book about her move from Minnesota

to New York, under a new publishing arm of Time-Warner. Unfortunately, her book is due to the publisher by the first of the year, so she has taken time off to write. Whether she'll be back is unknown.

Edited to add: The book was contracted from an article she wrote for the New York Times.
