On DeLay. You know if you are absolutely 100% innocent you can't say
that you are absolutely 100% sure you will be exonerated UNLESS you know that the judge and jury are fixed in your favor. What does DeLay know that makes him so certain that he will be exonerated? And even if found not guilty or if the charges are dismissed, that does not "exonerate" him.

I mean legally innocent yeah sure, but if he is of the opinion he didn't commit the crime in question than he can say he's innocent in a larger sense.

I guess I just don't understand how claiming innocence automatically leads to the judge being corrupt.
