They placed 250,000 warriors on the boarder in the fall of 2002. And, no matter what new requirement bush imposed on Saddam, Saddam came through.
Out of frustration with Saddam's cooperation and the changing season - spring to hot summer, bush charged ahead with the invasion. This is the fact of the matter. bush was hell bent on his "splendid little war".
