http://www.ethics.state.tx.us/tedd/paclistc.htm

Oddly enough, this seems to come from a registered PAC, per the fine print at the bottom of the page.

DU rules may prohibit me posting what is at this page, but it is a government reporting site, part of the Texas Ethics Commission, with publicly accessible contact information. Please note that I am in no way suggesting doing anything malicious, but if you dislike their contacting you in such a manner, I'm sure you could use this information to register a complaint.

It's a big page. Just load it and search for the terms "Save Texas Marriage." It's about a tenth of the way down. Address, phone number, names, etc.

I do agree that the message is kind-of funny. But I understand why someone who thought it was anti gay marraige would say it was hateful, and that's because we, as progressives, have carte blanche to ascribe any motive we want to to our opposition. Never mind that they'd be the first to know if we're right or wrong, it's our card, so lets use it.

Is it possible, though, that a group opposed to this amendment for other reasons (because it is a bigoted piece of crap) are using this method to get people to vote against it?
