1. Whatever the Bush Crime Famiy promised her
Who know how they are about promoting people who screw up. But I say that assuming that she isn't some kind of undercover spook in her own right.

2. The grateful support of the *'s.
Her flurry is all part, though perhaps less seemingly so, of the current wave of disinformation from the ministry of truth. Mark my words, if this blows over for them, she's going to come out with cherries on top.

5. I wonder if she owns stock in Haliburton or Blackwater or any of the other
corporations that they knew would be awarded some of these contracts in Iraq. Someone should look into that.

6. she avoided having to talk about Chalabi
in a very important statement, she said that she agreed to testify when the SP assurred her that he would not "go on a fishing expedition".

She didn't go to jail to protect a source, she went to protect herself and her complicity in the lead up to the war. The CIA has hired journalists in the past, ya know.

7. She probably did it to get unlimited "insider" access for her articles
having access to all the top Bush Administration officials. fortunately, for once spreading lies supporting Bush in the press, seems to have backfired, a little late--but better than never.

9. A cabal formed of powerful men in the very top levels of our gov't
allowed her to stand on their backs in stiletto heels while whipping their exposed buttocks with her "Katherine Harris Signature Model Cat O' Nine Tails" as they screamed into the Camp David night "More, Mistress!! Please, may I have another?"

Either that or a pile of cash money...
