Houston, 4th largest city in the US. PBS is off from 12-5am. Sign off.
This is the first time I've ever seen this! Very weird; lack of funding, or who's running the show?

3. KCET in Los Angeles almost the same time......
Depends on the day what time they sign off, but they shut down every night. There are 3 other PBS Stations I can get in my area and they stay on 24/7.
