Texas Health Directives
There was a thread last night about a site offering free living wills through today, and there was such a demand there is a wait of several weeks.

For Texas residents, I have the statutory forms and will send them to anyone that wants them. PM me and send your email address. The forms require two witnesses, but not a notary.

The statutory forms vary from state to state, and using the standard language is the single best way to ensure they will be accepted as valid in the event of a dispute. For that reason, I want to limit my forms to Texas residents, but perhaps there are some DU legal types from other states who can pick up the ball?
