The Republicans proved with Bill Clinton that no one is above the law...
Edited on Wed Oct-19-05 11:49 PM by kentuck
They made their point quite vividly as they held the blue dress in the air, rubbed the fabric between their fingers, and lustily smelled the salty stain. The president lied about not having sex with "that woman". He lied under oath and nobody is above the law, they said.

And now, we have the gritter-jawed, creel-footed, nose-twitcher that has lied about every single thing since the day he stole the election in Florida in 2000. But, he's a Republican. And a good Christian man, they say. Dubya doesn't have to abide by the same laws that Bill Clinton and the rest of us abide by, they tell themselves. He was put in his job by God. He doesn't have to answer to man.

1. They defended Reagan & Bush 1 and went after Clinton. They proved
only Democrats are not above the law. repubs don't have to obey any laws.

But, but... it's the Democrats who criminalize politics when Republicans break the law!!!

Hypocrisy is a core Republican value.
