And she went to jail for lying.
So it doesn't matter if * and Big Time were under oath or not. If they lied, it's a crime!!

1. Well, he can't be nailed for perjury. But if there is evidence he knew...
... what Rove did and said nothing about it (to Fitzgerald or anyone else), I'd say there's a case for obstruction, conspiracy, accomplice to the criminal act?

Just a guess.

5. It depends

Was the homeless guy a federal official, such as an FBI investigator or a special prosecutor, in the course of an investigation?

If he wasn't, you're probably in the clear. :-)

That's the whole point -- there is no legal obligation to talk to such folks, but if you do you can't lie to them.

4. at the very least if he lied...
HE WOULD HAVE TO GO UNDER OATH AND CLEAR IT UP.

I am pretty sure he has his story straight, and lying isnt really all that difficult for shrubie.

6. Maybe I should have
mentioned the Daily News story today that says he blasted Rove two years ago for the Plame leak. So he knew Rove was involved then. If he told the Special Prosecutor he had no knowledge about the leak, he committed a crime.
