Wolfie (Leslie): No Deal For DeLay
Apparently, he refused a plea deal. Then Wolfie said something about Earle supposedly indicating somehow that that case wasn't that strong? WTF?
It was just on CNN. Did anybody see it?

He's the one pushing the idea that the offer means the case is weak. CNN just parrots that.
