This Freetard quote...sad, yet incredibly funny!
On a thread about SCOTUS upholding the MO court's decision to allow a prisoner to have an abortion:

I thought the executive branch of government was supposed to execute the guilty, not the innocent.

Apparently, the "executive branch" adjudicates now!:rofl:

Hand them a rattle and toss'em in the playpen. How can the adults get any work done with all that Republican WHINING?

10. He learned this from shrub.
During the (almost) recount in 2000, shrub announced that the "executive branch is the law interpreting branch". I heard it, called a repub relative who refused to believe shrub said it then accused the "librul media" of dubbing in his words to make him look foolish. Easy to understand how the freeper nitwit could get confused.

24. John Roberts was only sworn in less than a month ago
Give him a break, he's still learning. But give him some credit, he's trying to educate the rest of the Bush Followers. :eyes:

from Wonkette:
Roberts First Act: Installing Bush as Senate Leader

From the official White House transcript of today's swearing in of the Chief Justice: The process we have just completed epitomizes the separation of powers that is enshrined in our Constitution.

My nomination was announced some 10 weeks ago here in the White House, the home of the executive branch. This morning, further up Pennsylvania Avenue, it was approved in the Capitol, the home of the executive branch. And tomorrow, I will go into the Supreme Court building to join my colleagues, the home of the judicial branch, to undertake my duties.

Well, two out of three ain't bad. Also? The White House wishes...

Don't they? Who loaded up Gitmo with these so called "enemy combatants" that are afforded virtually no rights whatsoever (no due process, no outside contact), where they continue to languish without hope, many in their third year? Our legislative branch? Our judicial branch? Or maybe it was cartoonist, Charles Branch? No, that was the executive branch---the Bushco-adjudication process. How long before they start on political dissenters and all others who oppose them?
