Mugabe rails against Bush, Blair at U.N. event

ROME, Oct 17 (Reuters) - Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe denounced U.S. President George W. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair as "unholy men" on Monday, comparing them at a U.N. event to fascist leaders trying to dominate the world.

"Must we allow these men, the two unholy men of our millennium, who in the same way as Hitler and Mussolini formed (an) unholy alliance, formed an alliance, to attack an innocent country?" Mugabe said, referring to the invasion of Iraq.

2. Considering Mugabe's pathetic and despotic reign
this is the pot calling the kettle. Mugabe is a ruthless dictator who has destroyed much of his country. While I have no use for scrub or b'liar, but I have no use for Mugabe either.

3. The Vatican would never be associated with a ruthless dictator

<snip>Mugabe, a Roman Catholic, made headlines on his last visit to Rome for Pope John Paul II’s funeral when he reached across to shake Britain’s Prince Charles hand during the service.

The handshake embarrassed EU heavyweight Britain. The royal household later said the prince had been taken by surprise.
