1. Other ... I've seen it and I LOVE it!
I'm totally addicted ... though it did take me a little while to get used to the format.

9. I Agree With You
I've tried it a number of times and after about 5 minutes I have to change the channel. It just puts me to sleep.

4. I like it
I watch it a lot. Some of the pods are fascinating. I like the concept. If more people knew about it maybe more would send in videos and it could get veeeery interesting.

5. Needs way more content.
I thought it was interesting the first time I watched, but there's a lot that's not good and it repeats too much. IMO:shrug:

6. I love it, but they show the same stuff repeatedly.
They have this one great segment of this young man traveling through Afghanistan, it's really exciting, I can feel the danger and you get a good close up view of what it's like there. But they always cut if off RIGHT BEFORE they get to Tora Bora, then I never see the next edition where he gets to Tora Bora. As far as I know there isn't a directory of what is on , so you can't really plan when you are going to see anything, What I do see, though, is just great. The kind of information that is never on television and it is entertaining.

7. I assume they will show Part 2 of that report either in the next week
or the week after that. I doubt they have shown it yet.

10. They show what will be on in the next half-hour
on their homepage:
http://www.current.tv/

If you meant that they don't release a listing further into the future, then yes.

11. I think it rocks, but
it is heavy on repeats. That will change over time, but I still like it and watch it.

12. I had hoped it would be a channel which would help
get more Democrats elected, but so far it doesn't seem very useful in that regard.

13. Seen it, like it, kudos to Al for it......
we need MORE of the same! Television to educate young Americans to the truth the media doesn't cover.

18. Where do I find it?
Is it on regular cable channels? Of course, if Comcast broadcasts Sundance on west coast schedule and recently canceled Trio, I doubt that it carries Current TV.

19. I watch it on Comcast, and
I pay $6.50/month more for "Digital Extra" to get it.

Do you have Comcast Digital?

20. Yes I do
Paying a lot for about 300 channels that we watch may be 10, or 15.

But I am looking at the list and do not see anything under "current." Would it be in one of the Community programs, or Public Access? Mine is the "Northwest Suburbs."

Wonder whether I can find it on their web page..

21. Try channel 107.
To actually get it, it's another $6.50 per month for "Digital Extra."

25. Yes, it is. And I do need to pay
right now I am "unauthorized" to view it.

I cannot believe that they have so much junk for free but for quality channels, like Trio and Current one has to pay. That's a perfect way to kill it. "No one is watching it..."

Thanks for the info

26. One quick call to Comcast
Edited on Sun Oct-16-05 12:19 PM by Eric J in MN
to ask for "Digital Extra" and they should add it to your TV service before the phone call ends.

The webpage is a bit lax on details and high on pretentious gloss.

24. They run short videos (most 5 minutes or less)
24 hours day/7 days a week.

Some are created by the general public.

The complete schedule of these short videos is at:
http://www.current.tv/schedule/

More videos deal with culture than with politics.
