Do your self a favor.
Pick up a copy of "All the President's Men" at Blockbuster.

I watched it this evening. I saw it many years ago.

It was uncanny in reference to today. It reinforces my opinion that the GOP is simply trying to recapture the end result of Nixon Era methods.

UN CANNY!

1. Here's some uncanny for ya
My mother and I were just quoting Deep Throat to each other over the phone not 5 minutes ago --"shoot too high and miss and everyone feels more secure."

"Everyone is involved. . ."

"Get out your notebook, you're gonna need it."

Popping in my ancient old tape now. Thanks for the timely reminder. :)

2. lol,
"Get out your notebook, you're gonna need it."

I thought that was the most powerful scene in the movie.

3. Funniest scene IMO --

Woodward: "Now we learn John Mitchell is going to resign to 'spend more time with his family.' We don't exactly believe that…"

Deep Throat: "No, but it's touching…"

4. Yea.
Was Bob Woodward a bad driver or something?

I noticed the undertones implying that he was throughout the movie.

Did you notice that?

5. May have been a little comic relief
It's also funny how few times Nixon's name is actually mentioned.
