1. Dead agents?
Do you mean the assets and resources working for Brewster Jennings or do you mean the likes of David Kelly, who is not an agent, but is somehow tied to the leak case IMHO?

Brewster Jennings. I thought there were at least two agents dead from the case?

6. The after action report
If done, as some suggest, is not public and so in all honesty no one knows the number of casualties. There is speculation and that speculation places the assets lost at a good deal above "2" but again, given that there is no way to confirm this, it is too hard to speculate and really does no good in the end as we are all just grabbing numbers at this point. But again, given the project and the length of it and the level of involvement, I would suggest that the numbers floating around putting the number of downed agents at above 2 is highly probable. Other than that, not much more info on it.

5. You've seen this from Kos?
http://rubdmc.dailykos.com/story/2005/7/17/22429/1711

--> The CIA's Plame/Brewster Jennings Damage Assessment Report still (naturally) classified, but should be available to those who need to know such as Fitzgerald.

"Last week Larry Johnson on To The Point told Warren Olney (sp?) that some Congressional members of intelligence oversight committees would have access to the Plame damage assessment and that since there were no leaks it meant the news was bad. That if there had been no humint losses, Rethugs would have leaked that to help the WH."
