2. How many million dollars did that plane cost?
And now they're retiring it because Twit sat there? Did he have an upset stomach or something we didn't know about?

7. I bet when they decided to put this jet on display
Edited on Wed Jul-16-03 11:22 AM by JohnyCanuck

The thinking was Dubya would be going down in history as a president of the calibire of an Abraham Lincoln or a FDR. Dubya would be the President who defeated terroism and brought freedom and democracy to Iraq, if not the whole Middle East. They probably thought that 100 years from now the crowds would come to reverentially view the plane on which one of the greatest "wartime" presidents ever, GW Bush, made his historic trip to the aircraft carrier, sort of like the way they come today to honor Abraham Lincoln at the Lincoln memorial in DC.

The assholes weren't smart enough to figure out GWB would be going down in history as a liar and the most incompetent goof up ever to occupy the White House. His memory will be an embarrassment and stain on the presidency for years to come.

11. I guess it's best that it be retired.
Who'd want to fly it now that it has been so disgraced? So, it's now going to the Museum of Horrors, right?
