"shame, shame, shame" chant Dems (Pelosi) on the house floor -cnn
just showed a clip from yesterday's vote on the House floor.

Glad to see the clip but no story/analysis with it--in fact the hosts got a laugh out of it!!! (comment compared it to the Parliment in UK).

1. They got a laugh out of it because they're chuckle-headed whores.
And here I was wondering why Kerr-McGee ads were all over CNN for the past two weeks.

The millions of dollars of PR ads from Big Oil were to buy some talking head.

Will anyone at CNN be allowed to tell the actual story and keep their job?

2. The clip reminded me of the 'Dean scream"--no context, or even a story
just a short clip--and a laugh--

I posted this also under the refinary story in LBN. Really--there wss no story, no analysis --just the clip-

3. Someone on the DU front page "Shame-shame-shame" post
reported that FOX actually reported on it, even pointing out that DeLay was on the floor twisting arms.

They actually did some reporting. I guess Murdoch is feeling pangs of conscience. Or maybe he knows that the right-wing movement is drawing its last breath and wants to stay in the game.

5. I didn't see it, you'd have to ask rodeodance.
They apparently thought it was a quaint occurrence, akin to the charming ways of Europe.

Geez, I wish we did have a system like England's where Bush would have to answer questions and think on his feet. We would never have had to contend with him if he actually had to prove or defend himself.
