We have wars, natural disasters, pestilence (pandemic),
and Bill Bennett wants our first born! All that's missing is raining frogs. When will Pharaoh drown in the Red Sea?

Let my people go! We are all going to drown in the rising sea of red (ink).

1. If you believe what most people think...
(when they "try" to be "rational")... this is all happenstance. We have to somehow rationalize away the truly bizzare or spectacular.

It doesn't matter if you are Christian, Buddhist or Muslim... you believe that somehow this all makes sense. We should just admit that this Nation is in such serious trouble. Sadly,a result is that the whole world isnt only watching, it's standing in line with us.. the most perfect Chaos theory. It's no more weird then frogs raining.. The corporations are running the asylum.

Look at that energy bill today. Delay walked the floor whispering... "Remember that 9 year old you fucked at the Bohemian Grove? I'd suggest you vote Yay." Naggin had to ponder the security of his life and the CIA's possibilities on a radio show.

Remember pretty little Mary Landrieu the first time she talked to Anderson Cooper? She was freaking sedated. Can you imaging being a rep that had to kiss the ass of a President in the hopes that he would stop drawing up that contract with KBR for clean up before he had even seen the damage?

It's all so freaking surreal and random.. you gotta sit back and atleast acknowledge the beauty of that. Im convinced this is a unique time in history which requires our introflection upon the meaning. What is the atomic clock set to right now, this minute? In 2005 it was moved down to 7 minutes before midnight. It was 7 minutes to midnight in 1968. It was 7 minutes to midnight in 1988, right before the fall of the Berlin wall.

Something exciting is on the horizon.. any way you slice it. ;)

4. All through history we see this, and it has brought down countries.
We do it in our own life. It just seems that people like to look through their own rose colored glasses. You would hope that a large amount of people could do the right thing but it does not always work that way. Well just look at Vietnam. We went in with a few men in the 50's and came out in the 70's and over 58,000 men in our country were killed. Who knows how many of their people were killed yet the Fr. had already lost the war and told us we could not win it. Now if that is not doing the wrong thing, for the wrong reason and at the wrong time yet the people wanting to do it. Now tell????????????

6. My mom says..
that she trusts the elected officials to make the right decisions. She does not have time to worry about them.. She is an optimist with a cynical heart hidden beneath.

She just doesnt want to face the reality of the situation. American Idol is on.. any why is that Simon so mean?

Luckily change doesnt demand human attention.. sometimes it just happens, regardless of their worst intentions.

5. As Meatloaf said.
Can't you hear the planet groanin like a broken down machine? Rusted with the guilty tears of fallen kings and queen's. Were poisoned the planet the worlds immune system is kickin that is all.
