5. he was speaking to a Republican from Texas and the head
of some border security agency about the issue with Texas' borders.

At one point Dobbs said (paraphrasing), "one thing that I think you can both agree on is the lack of leadership on this issue by this adminstration"

and then something like, "this administration needs a ghost administration to take care of issues".

Both men agreed with that.
