Last year, former Eschaton poster Holden (who now has his own blog) predicted that Bush's ratings would drop below 40% by the 4th of July. The other posters thought that he would deserve a pony if that happened.

It was a bet between Holden, a blogger and another blogger. The payout if Bush's popularity numbers dropped below 40% was.... a pony.

So, every time Shrub's numbers drop, Atrios shows a "pony for Holden"
