29. I found cutting out carbonated beverages, not eating late at

night and reducing my portion sizes to be the most effective pound droppers. Lately with the stress imposed by this administration economically, spiritually, emotionally, and every other way I go back and forth sort of binging from the stress eating. I don't eat much for a while then have a real sugar binge. I still eat Ben & Jerry's just not a pint every other night or so.

I can easily drink a 64 oz of Diet Dr Pepper a night. I have stopped and gone back to ice tea.

I highly recommend both books if you recognize the problem you are reading about. Identifying the problem is the first step to fixing it. I KNOW I have adrenal Fatigue. I have had it for 3 decades.
