Is Tom DeLay still an active Rep. from Texas. Is he still on the floor?
I know he stepped down from his leadership position, but does he still come to work? Is he still being paid?

1. Yes, he is
and he's still doing the same job he always has, he just doesn't get the perks that go along with it.

As evidence I rpesent the shenanigans perpetrated on the House floor today.

And even though he's *officially* stepped down from his leadership position, he's still there in the background calling the shots. Tom Delay hasn't gone anywhere - yet.
