Will Karl Rove flee the country?
Due to his dual citizenship status with Germany he may be able to use special diplomatic privilege to flee to Switzerland with as many documents and funds as necessary to set up office at a location immune to extradition.

(Germany would likely send him back since it's a non-death penalty crime)

I think that if he faces a long prison sentence, it's a foregone conclusion.

16. You forgot Paraguay
Actually, Chile is having some national second thoughts on its acquaintanceship with fascism, and Argentina has found that the IMF will still call your debts no matter how repressive you make your society. But Paraguay still keeps the Franco candle lit.

Gathering or delivering defense information to aid a foreign government

Subsection 794(a) of title 18, United States Code, prohibits the transmission or delivery of any document or information related to national defense to any foreign government or foreign agent. Such conduct is illegal if even the transmission is direct or indirect. The penalty includes death or imprisonment for any term of years.

Otherwise, Rove will testify against Bush. Why do you think Bush looks so worried? It ain't because of the polls.

9. how many bushco infidels have dual citizenship?
I didn't know about Karl, but I knew about Chertoff.

are there others?

and is it just me, or do everyone else find it odd to be depending on people with dual citizenship to protect this country? (not that they are really doing that, anyhow, but still)

19. The chief auditor for the Pentagon is also a dual-national
of a small Middle East theocracy run by an extreme Right-wing regime that came to power after the assassination of a popular Labor Party Prime Minister. DoD Budget Chief, Dov Zakheim, below, has been at or near the head of that office for more than a decade.

On September 10, 2001, Donald Rumsfeld announced the Pentagon's books show more than 1.5 trillion dollars in unaccounted losses. That story got lost in the excitement. Since 2003, there have been eight billion in Iraq War funds that can not be accounted for.

12. It Could be a Capital Offense if He is Charged Under the Espionage Act
(Germany would likely send him back since it's a non-death penalty crime)

The Espionage Act calls for the death penalty if the disclosure caused the death of one or more agents, which it is widely rumored to have done.

It was not just Valerie Plame whose cover was blown.
It was THE CIA'S ENTIRE NETWORK OF WMD HUNTERS, all of whom were undercover, many in places where being known to be a CIA agent would be extremely hazardous to one's health.
