FBI searching Cheney's computers
FBI agents examined computers in Vice President Dick Cheney's office and talked to former and current White House aides Thursday as they investigated an FBI intelligence analyst accused of passing classified information to Filipino officials.
Meantime, former Philippine President Joseph Estrada acknowledged receiving an internal U.S. government report on the Philippines from the analyst, Leandro Aragoncillo, but played down the importance of the information, comparing it to material aired in his country's media.

The FBI is looking at whether Aragoncillo, a former Marine, took classified information about the Philippines from the White House when he worked for Vice Presidents Al Gore and Cheney from 1999 to 2002.

The type of information has not been disclosed. Though Aragoncillo had top-secret clearance, that status would not have made him privy to highly sensitive intelligence.

1. I'll bet there's a treasure trove of great stuff in there.
Starting with the minutes of the Enron energy policy meetings.

10. Lord knows what all is in there.
"Fuck you" messages to random Dems and to his Mom. Diagrams of the explosives planted under the levees. Tail numbers of small aircraft flown by people on the Enemies List. Orders placed with the "Acme Sabotage Equipment Supply Co." Spreadsheet data for implantation into Diebold machines. E-tickets for hunting and whoring trips with SCOTUS members. ...

3. I'm guessing only the Gore connection will be mentioned
by Rush, etc, if the story has legs.

They'll say Gore hired him, so it's his fault.

5. They are in their second term, it is time to accept responsibility
Cheney and Cheney alone is responsible for who works for him. Grow up right wingers and accept responsibility for your actions. I understand that is a totally foreign concept but it is time.....

4. So Many Scandals...Now This...
Considering the Cone Of Silence that supposedly existed in that underground bunker of Crashcart Chenney, this is a story way out of left field. I'm still trying to piece all the information together, but this sure smells rotten on several fronts. Besides the intel being accessed easily and passed along by a foreign spy...it's who got that intel and how it was used.

Are we seeing another arm of the underground intel psy-ops system we know that existed in that office...the one that cooked the intel to push public opinion into a panic and into Iraq...then to slime Plame and intimidate any critics and now trying to aggitate other governments and or plant or pass along secrets used to distract attention from this regime's ongoing plundering?

Hopefully more of this story will come to light. Sadly, there's so many other fires burning on this regime, this one is just more smoke among the flames.
