WHen will the Media report the Brewster Jennings aspect of the leaks.
Yes, plural. There were 2 leaks, First Valeri, and then later in a seccond article, Darth Novak leaks Brewster Jennings, her cover company. The company providing cover for agents attempting to source WMD on the black market!

Tearing this cover down is a far more serious (and dangerous to you and I personally) crime, and it's nowhere in the media!

It's all Plame this and Plame that. Libby this and root-boy Rove that.

Hardly anyone knows about Brewster Jennings. A few months ago I had a social opportunity to speak with a lawyer at the DOJ, who spouted the party line about how Fitz didn't have anything and it was a waste. He continued that until I mentioned BJ and he clammed up. As he was walking away, he said "keep an eye on those guys."

IMNSHO, BJ is the real story here, and by God, I want it reported.

2. Honestly, they probably won't.
Did Brewster Jennings quit operations?

Cause otherwise, they probably aren't certain if they are public domain yet. I wouldn't report on it if I wasn't sure.

6. I think they shut down completely, and disbanded the
whole operation. I thought it was something like 30 other employees who were also affected by Plame's outing.

3. I think the reason this case went to a Grand Jury was because
of Brewster Jennings, and not so much Valerie Plame.

I also think that BJ angle has been kept very secret because of National Security (REAL National security, not made up terrorists alerts on the New York Subway).

Agree completely and totally that BJ is the bigger story. The damage done by exposing this organization was Valerie Plame damage times about 1000%.

4. and it is the basic answer to give anyone who claims "no crime was
committed because she wasn't undercover."

1. she was undercover.
2. even if she wasn't, Brewster Jennings other "employees" were.

5. Yeah and as opposed to
Sibel Edmunds national security.

I suppose you're right, but I thought that the cover was totally blown and that people were offed as a result.

swept under the carpet, the safer assets associated with Brewster Jennings are. With the spot light aimed at BJ instead of Plame, who knows what would be exposed, including links to operations and organizations that, so far, haven't been compromised.

Most Americans will never know how horribly deep and damaging this criminal act of White House revenge was, because just talking about it would compromise national security.

But I am sure that Patrick Fitzgerald knows. I am sure that Brewster Jennings figured prominently in the redacted portions of the papers that led three (conservative) judges to unanimously agree that Judy Miller should talk or go to jail.

And I am sure that Fitzgerald will not let these criminals walk away.

14. I think so too
Remember, the initial request to the DOJ was made by the CIA. (That's why I always thought that this stupid discussion about was she or was she not covert was asinine - because wouldn't you think the CIA knows who is covert and who isn't?) Anyway I think what really pissed off the CIA was the collateral damage, i.e. BJ

This is a big, big, case that morphs into actual Espionage Act stuff. If I were Karl Rove or some of the other players, I would be HOPING that the bus stopped with perjury, obstruction and conspiracy, cause the stops further down the line are where the Rosenburgs got off. These thugs and goons imperiled national security.

12. He was excellent. The Republican strategist kept lying and lying
and not only did Begala finally show some cojones, Wolf Blitzer even backed him up on the fact that Plame was a covert agent.

10. Really important issue that I haven't seen much about, anywhere.
Probably because no one has enough info about it. This would make a lot of sense why this case took off to begin with. Fitz's reputation we've all heard so much of, if it's exactly as good as it seems to be, he might have persued this. Who knows if he was able to get his hands on just what he needed to bring the "real" issue into light. I hope he does. This is all about WMD'S and I hope that all is revealed.

Fingers crossed.

B&J was shut down because they were getting the GOODS on the Saudis, the Bush family pals, type ARAMCO into GOOGLE and get an eyeload, nice dirty linen there..

wonder how many people DIED or were tortured (maybe STILL) for that outing..

TRAITORS every last one of them from Bush to Fietz..
