1. I'm yet to see any proof that military voted 70% for Jr.
in 2004. In fact, for the first time, that data seems to be completely unavailable.

There was a very flawed Army Times survey before the election, but the participants were self selected and since it was for subscribers, heavily weighted to officers who tend to be more Republican. In other words, no better than an on-line Fox poll.

5. Probably refering to this article (link)
http://www.usatoday.com/news/politicselections/nation/president/2004-10-03-bush-troops_x.htm

"Army Times Publishing sent e-mails to more than 31,000 subscribers and received 4,165 responses on a secure Web site. The publisher cautioned that the results are not a scientific poll. Its readers are older, higher in rank and more career-oriented than the military as a whole."

Very questionable methodology since it was a pre-election email survey to "Army Times" subscribers.

So WHERE are the real numbers for 2004? They were more than happy to report the 2000 results for overseas absentee ballots. Why the secrecy in 2004? Hmmmm...

3. I've heard pukes calling with that on other shows. I would like to know
where it's coming from. (And how somebody would know such a thing.)

4. Stupid Freeper!
There was not ONE WORD anywhere regarding the military vote in 2004. That alone speaks volumes. :grr:

8. Amen, my sister
Whenever the pukes can they rub our faces in it that the military loves them. There was not a whisper of how the military voted in 2004 and in 2000 Katherine Harris had her RNC minions doctoring their votes in the privacy of her locked office.

6. Where did he get such a stat?
I do not know the real demographics here but perhaps the first time around he may have done well enough to claim 70% of the military vote. If that stat is true I would suggest that his campaign promise to give raises to everyone in the military may have had something to do with that. Not being in the military I wonder if he ever got around to making good on that one. (...."the oooold buy your votes with someone else's money scam.", as Max would put it).
