This is a total shame! Sorry if this is a dupe, but when I read this, I was becoming more and more upset with each line I read. There were able companies in the area that could have done the job for half the money. Instead, they "no bid" contracted a company from Alaska, paying them double what the job cost. And this government wants to continue to cut funding from people who already don't have anything in order to continue to line their pockets with. Not only should Tom DeLay be indicted, there is a laundry list of others that need to be with him. This is really messed up!
