Warner has filed it as an amendment to the Defense Appropriation Bill that is going to be voted.

Byrd is opposed to that.

7. This part is going to be voting on in the next hour or so.
But there are other amendments concerning salaries and other things that he does not want to hear about either.

9. He basically said that the soldier that sent the letter to McCain ...
was aiding the ennemy (not exactly in these words, but this is what it meant).
