Article I, Section 5, of the United States Constitution provides that "Each House may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member."

5. I don't want him expelled...
...if he was, there wouldn't be a trial. I think we need to know ALL the little details of exactly what's been going on! I don't want him to just pack a bag and walk into the sunset, forgotten in a week or two!
