charges under RICO, otherwise you can't take action under the act.

2. well, as soon as we win back the house and senate in' 06 we can
indict, try, convict, and imprison every single one of these GOP criminals.

it'll make the Reagan and Nixon Admin. indictments look like parking tickets

3. If I'm not mistaken, RICO is for civil actions though, not criminal.
That would mean that anyone who was affected by his criminal activity could file a lawsuit alleging RICO violations.

8. Have any examples? As a paralegal for 8 years or so, I only saw it used

as a cause of action in civil suits. I may be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time, but the only times I've seen it used were civil actions.
