Is Parlimentary warfare the right response for Miers?
Personally i think it might well be. After all someone who has never been a judge before with no backround, does the name brownie ring a bell?

1. We have to fight
why?

Because we (rightfully ) made a big deal out of Bush** cronyism with the appointment of "Brownie" causing needless deaths in NO.

If we don't fight another crony appointment..especially one with no jucdicial experience, then it makes our other (valid) complaints seem only political.

We have to fight by any means necessary.

Oh, and btw, if you listened to her statement when nominated this morning with Bush**, she's a RW shill all the way...she tried to send a message to the RW base that she would overrule findings of "activist judges". This is an iron-lady put up to give the RW agenda a feminine mask.
