Could Miers be blackmailing Bush on the TANG scandal?

Apparently she has been the point person on investigating the TANG record of George Bush and presumably of covering up what she found.
What better way to assure her silence than to get her a lifetime appointment on the SCOTUS? Could this cause the TANG scandal to resurface in the Senate hearings? It could be a fun ride.

8. Good point but that may just be a reflection of her skill - a good

blackmailer always lets the "victim" know that in the event of the blackmailer's "accidental" demise a massive data dump will be automatically triggered. She would have plenty of documentation if she is at all competent.
