4. I'm guessing there are a lot of pissed off REAL judges
who've dreamed and worked their entire careers to be SCOTUS, only to get passed over for a crony.

We'll see how favorably they respond to * policy fights in the courts.

The fact she hasn't been a judge worries the hell out of me! On what basis was she chosen? WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHY and HOW are these people picked? After'Brownie Delight', I want to KNOW the criteria upon which these people are hired to work for us!!!

There are many more experienced and deserving candidates that would serve teh Supreme Court better than Bush's attorney and close friend. This cronyism is out of control.


I wanted to write about Rehnquist, but had to limit my comments for readability's sake. I think the fact that REhnquist hadn't been a judge is quite relevant, he sucked donkey balls. At least Roberts had a little experience with constitutional law.
