The media is an equal part of the "Culture of Corruption"!
I am still seeing them repeat daily the RW talking points. "The Democrats have no ideas to share, they just point the finger of blame"! Horse Shit! They Do have ideas it is the media whores who refuse to look for, or bother to air them. They also manage to only put pro-war repuke light Dems (think biden) on TV week after week.

I say they are just as guilty in their enabling of RW crap spewers as the RW crap spewers themselves.

:grr:

1. Many of the corps. that own the news services have a
finacial interest in keepeing the status quo. Also the neo cons
and right wingers have been working very hard for many years
to control the flow of news ...... they blame
* Vietnam on those damn anti american members of the media
* Nixon's downfall on Dan Rather.

Remember CNN changed the exit poll data in the middle of the
night so as reflect the "vote"

3. I know and that is my point
Though you did detail it where I did not. It is like the fucking Mafia and the Media Giants/GE/Viacom?Murdoch et all are taking their GD profits and keeping their media fronts! I am just really pised off about this today!

2. It's sad because it is not just the faux
Even supposedly left biased CNN does the same thing. They try to sound critical of the *ush but there is no substance to it. They only contribute to the culture of fear that the *ush regime is using to control the sheep. Has anyone seen the fluff they have been airing recently, about all the different ways america could be attacked? Like one hour specials on each scenario. Coming up next on CNN, what would happen if a gas tanker exploded in washington? Are terrorist going to unleash a plague of small pox on the nation? are we ready? No.

“…it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or a fascist dictatorship or a Parliament or a Communist dictatorship. … All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger.” - Hermann Goering

5. For me the best idea is to do the exact opposite of anything
the Republicans want to do. It has always worked for me, time and time again. The Dems should try it. It might work for them too.
