Almost all of the three months she was in jail we suppose that she protect Libby or Rove.

Now we suppose that Judith Miller accepted to speak in front of the grand jury because she want to rescue herself, that no inquiry examine her bogus claims about iraqs weapons of mass destruction.

But now there are two possibilities: She protect Dick Cheney, or, she wasn't able to speak because she know to much of the false claims by David Kelly.

What changes her opinion?

It is clear that Miller was the missing link in Fitzgerald's criminal probe of the leak that a number of CIA insiders have told this editor was "devastating" to the agency. Miller's attorney claimed that Vice President Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, a target of the leak probe, had released her from a confidentiality pledge. But that agreement had already been reported months ago. Something has changed. A former Justice Department prosecutor told this editor that Fitzgerald is the type of prosecutor who starts low in the food chain and works his way up to nab the big fish. Fitzgerald is said to have, very early on in the case, "flipped" John Hannah, Libby's deputy.

One possible explanation for the sudden turn of events regarding Miller and Libby is that Fitzgerald may have also "flipped" Libby as a witness. A promise of limited immunity to Libby would have cleared the way for testimony from Miller on what she discussed with Cheney's chief of staff. That means the ultimate target of Fitzgerald could be Cheney.

Dr Kelly's family spoke for the first time about his suicide, saying he had been placed under "intolerable pressure". Two days before his death, he was questioned forcefully by the Commons foreign affairs select committee over whether he was the source for a BBC report alleging that a dossier on Saddam Hussein's bio-chemical capabilities had been "sexed up" by the Government.

It appears that Kelly was trying to get the word out, not mislead. Miller had other sources to get disinformation from.

everytime the same when I try to explain things in my english.

Kelly knows a lot about iraqs WMD's-program. I suppose he was convinced that they exist, but he knows also that the program was shut down under UN-pressure- he was in Iraq.

But he known also the false claims of the british government- that was the reason he tried to get the truth out.

So he must have known the bogus claims by Judith Miller. So why he sent his last E-Mail to Miller?
