no one is that evil right? so inhuman as to deliberately cause chaos and mayhem and death just to achieve a political goal? nnnaaaahhhhh.

put two and two together. big fat lies were told with a straight face to get us into war. after you've wrapped your head around that atrocity, after the shock has worn off and you're numb again, allow your mind to consider that they may also have been slightly less than truthful about the events leading up to, and following 9-11.

is it so hard to see that they are lying because they are complicit in it? why else would they be going to such trouble to stop the investigation? it's a no brainer.

insert ridicule and derisive laughter here. he who laughs last laughs loudest.

1. No, mopaul, that sort of thing NEVER happens in Amerika
:puke: :puke: :puke:

Of course the Busheviks are lying about 9-11. They told us shortly aftewards (through, among others, Bushevik Capo Ted Olsen) that they would.

Occasionally they tell the truth. Very occasionally.

"Who cares what you think?"

"It would sure be a heckuva lot easier if this was a dictatorship, so long as I'm the dictator."

Yes, they do let the truth slip occasionally.

But never the truth when a lie will do.

5. The Repubs are afraid someone will remember the truth!
That Bush stopped the FBI from investigating the Saudi terrorist connections in June of 2001 or thereabouts! Bush was afraid the FBI would finger Pappy's bidness partners IMO! I was following the DNC message board then and I remember several days about that time people posted articles about Bush stopping investigations and the FBI agents leaking the story! I've heard NOTHING else about that story since 9/11! Does anyone have that information, or remember anything about it?

10. John O'Neill - Bush told him to "back off"
O'Neill was the FBI terrorist investigator. Here's a speech he gave about terrorism in 1997:

http://www.rememberjohn.com/johnoneillspeech.html

Bush told O'Neill to "back off" investigating the Bin Laden family and other rich Saudis who had connections with the Bush family and the oil industry.

O'Neill quit the FBI, probably for being stonewalled, and became head of security of the World Trade Center, where he died rescuing people on 9/11, a hero.

6. Minor flaw in your argument
And before I point it out, I want to say I agree with your argument. :)

BUT... The lies about Saddam's arsenal, etc. were pretty transparent; it was relatively easy to figure out they were lies. Low-caliber deception, really. 9/11 lies seem much more complicated and devious.

I just wonder why they feel as different as a ten-year-old lying about cookies, and, say, Watergate.

9. The lies of 9-11 would be easy to figure out if someone would look
The answer to who ordered the jets to stand down, for instance, would probably be quite enlightening. Should be exceedingly easy to get that answer.

7. Every time you post a message similar to this, Mopaul
I believe you pursuade a few more people. It's obvious that the lives of Americans are of no concern to this administration. We can all start from that point. We can then move to the peculiar behavior of the FAA on 9/11. Why weren't fighter planes dispatched when the planes were thought to be hijacked? If that isn't enough people can look at the blank "reaction" Bush had when told of the disaster while in a classroom in Florida. I invite anyone to also look at the flight path the plane took that hit the Pentagon and tell me that an amateur pilot could have crashed into the Pentagon in a hugh jet without hitting the Sheraton Hotel which is a highrise hotel on a hill just before the Pentagon.

Bush lied and people died . . . on 9/11

8. Either they knew it or they blew it,
And a dispassionate analysis of just the already readily available evidence

http://www.cooperativeresearch.org/timeline/

indicates the former is far more likely.
