What is the best way for the US go about paying for recovery from the Gulf Coast storms?

Roll back the tax cuts put in place since 2001.....74.06 % (157)

Cut out so-called 'earmarks' or 'pork' – that have only local impacts – from bills.....17.92 % (38)

Freeze upgrades to defense programs, scale back costly NASA initiatives, and shrink foreign aid......8.02 % (17)

10. They need to roll back the tax cuts and cut the pork.
Congress is stuck in a rock and a hard place on both, so what will they do? Cut the Medicaid/Medicare
