And Jon goes: "Ahhhh, who can forget their first ethics charge?"

Then DeLay lists off the other ones plus the racketeering charge. And Jon goes, in his kid voice: "Tom DeLay is not a nice man."

I consider subverting democracy with illegal corporate contributions a big deal.

After a clip of the prosecutor describing what DeLay did, Stewart was like it's not like DeLay killed anyone.
