Alternative to ANSWER: "The Sons and Daughters of Liberty"

Why not form a group akin to Samual Adam's famous "Sons of Liberty" group which technically was the first mass group of people to oppose King George.

Edit: If you don't like the name fine that's not the point, the point is the quality of the message, and the implications of what sort of group it is coming from.

I wouldn't go around tarring and feathering freepers (The Torries)...well I would to the rich ones and the ones who call themselves Republican officials, ect.

I am not in a position to begin such formation of a group and the resources it would need, but if by the time I am able to and it hasn't happened yet I will.

This is not a direct shot at ANSWER. I commend them for their anti-war work, but their message seems to be a mixture of anti-Israel, and other events which are important, but right now as sorry as I feel for starving people in India, my primary focus is the starving people in America, the people who recieve no justice from this government. I personally would prefer an image that says "This is NOT American what this administration does, this is treason of the highest order, the Constitution, the heart of this country has clearly been strip-mined"

1. Interesting thought

You know, a lot of people back then didn't like Sam Adams-and I mean the patriots on his side! His personality was just---well, a little extreme, I guess one would say. But, despite this, the message got out, and enough folks took it to heart to start the Revolution.

2. In today's media the word "liberty" is over-associated with

"spreading liberty", and different versions of what liberty really is. There might be an identity problem.

3. Well I just choose that name but really the name isn't important to me

It's the type of message that I would like to send as sort of a rallying call for true patriots out there.

4. Too long and sounds like one of those turn of the century immigrant

groups. Sorry, but you asked...Maybe try for Liberty Families or Families for Liberty if you're that into liberty.
