I didn't see long trains loaded with people being evacuated...

Let's see a train can hold about 1,000 people. You can run 20 trains per hour on a dual track. So that's 20,000 people/hour/direction. They could have evacuated 500,000 people per direction in 24 hours. Where are the pictures?
