bill maher said something important last night to mitchell
Edited on Sat Sep-24-05 10:10 AM by seabeyond
and mitchell gave a wonderful example for maher during the interview, and then she says she just wrote a book about it. was funny. but important

who is the worst president, caused the biggest mess, maher asked.

mitchell says all adm leave mess, neither adm did obl, all adm leave deficit

maher say, not all. one did not. isnt this, the media has to say they all do it. you say clinton lied. besides blowjob, what lie. he asked both her and hutchin. never could come up with another lie

maher says, yet you have to do this to be balanced to what is happening in bush adm. maybe it just isnt balance. maybe the reality is, it didnt happen in clinton adm, and it is happening now.

my biggest challenge during the campaign of 2004 was republicans telling me, both parties lie. but that just is not true. not the same kind of lies, or the same level of lies, or the same mass number of lies.

1. Mitchell left Maher a big opening to slam her
for that stupid remark about all admins leaving deficits and Maher just sat there and let it go by.

Not on his best form last night. He couldn't even get hitchens to stfu.

4. Yes, She Knew She Was Undermining Her Own Book By What She

was revealing...That's why I would never, ever consider buying her disingenuous book...or even cracking it open at the library...

She's a bought and paid for shill and full-fledged media whore...

All she could do was point to what David Gregory said...not anything she said...

And her littany of what Bill Clinton "didn't do" about Osama was ridiculously off the mark and straight out of Karl Rove's list of talking points....compared to what Bush didn't do when Clarke and Tenet warned him what needed to be done...and Clinton was trying to do it with one hand tied behind his back by the treasonous-coup-attempted impeachment for a blow job...

6. but..... he too looked like a fool. and maher opening and
clearly challenged this guy on many thing. asa hutchinson looked like a fool. when maher said to him, 9/11 and the 7 minutes, ok, that was coming into office, new. trina and bush doing nothing. doesn't he get responsibility for this?

hutchinson looked like a fool answering that

the audience reaction to some that they said, was excellent.

a lot of the show was bad, boring whatever, .... but maher made clear progress on what will be said later.

2. Your last paragraph is exactly right.
"They both lie"

What lies? When you ask that about Clinton, it's always Monica. Compare that to our Iraq war dead, and the rightards stuff their fingers in their ears and scream LALALALALALALA.
