Why please tell me would a plant housing the worlds deadliest diseases
be situated in the path of hurricanes? I heard this once on one of the news stations(cant remember which since I channel surf) but I cant stop thinking about it. It would seem that a plant so lethal would be in an underground bunker somewhere out of the path of a potential hurricane. I am also confused as to why information like that would be relased on national tv...now everyone and their crazy brother knows. Any thoughts? Just cant get this one off my mind...

2. Many people lack vision. Many people seek pork.
Lack of vision means always going for the short term result.

Could be endowment stipulations.

In the end, it is really, really stupid. It would seem the first thing you would do would be to hire scientists to study the which areas would be the safest.

6. Never assume malice when stupidity is an adequate explanation
I am willing bet that the the idea of a hurricane never even entered the heads of the people who where in charge of this. It's government Pork and that makes some people greedy - and greed makes you stupid.
