Anyone here from Baton Rouge?
If you are reading this then you must have power. I am waiting to hear from my daughter this morning who is there. About dinnertime last night she said it was raining but that was about it. How was it overnight?

1. I'm in Baton Rouge
Waving at ya!
What area is your daughter in?
I'm in north BR and I never lost power,my son is on College Drive and he lost power around 8:30pm last night. My sister is off Coursey/S Sherwood and she never lost her power either.Limbs are down, some trees, usual mess!I had some water coming in the addition which is a step down from the main house(used to be a garage)

2. She's not far from downtown,
in a southwest direction. She is supposed to call when she gets up today and I didn't want to try to call her unless I started getting anxious. I heard several tornado warnings last night and I was more scared of that than anything. Any flooding yet? Thanks for the info!

4. I heard
a small tornado toppled some trees in Denham Springs/Walker area, but I didn't hear of any tornados in the metro area and no flooding that I know of.
Radio says traffic lights are out.Stumberg area is without power.

I'll go out in a little while to pick up my son and his dogs(Entergy said it might be Monday before they get power back). I'll let you know what I see when I get back.Might be a while,I'm not sure what the streets look like.
