In the past, I've had to turn her off because she...I don't know....annoyed me. I mean, we're on the same team, but her rudeness to many callers (also on the same team) put me off. But for the last couple of weeks I've caught her being hilarious. She's a very funny person and maybe has moved more squarely into her metière.
