CNN Breaking: Bush to skip San Antonio so he "doesn't get in
the way of first responders" or something to that effect.

Sounds like David Gregory's question/comments made an impact!

2. My mind didn't even go there until you mentioned it, but I'm sure his
"confidence" is growing daily.

I love David Gregory.

8. That clip should be classic
that was his temper showing ....

up front

plain

for everybody to witness first hand...

I remember that quick turn from my youth...from my alcoholic father just before I got the back of his hand across my face.....

all too familiar.

9. yeah, and he seemed that he was ready to slap one across david gregory's
face, then he minimized it....and sadly, later on, on Hardball with tweety matthews, david gregory himself minimized the whole thing by saying that bush doesn't mind being asked questions like that, that he expects that from the press, but that he is very sensitive about not wanting to get in the way of anything and that, during the campaigning for re-election, he would not go jogging in certain cities because HIS ENTOURAGE WOULD BE IN THE WAY OF THE CITY'S NORMAL PACE ... as if it weren't more like he wouldn't go out jogging because he probably couldn't jog in a place where he could feel one thousand percent protected by the damned bubble that the coward wraps himself in.

i don't know about david gregory... from where i stand, i think he kisses bush's ass...even when once in a while he seems to stand for taking a stance for real journalism. i just wonder if all that is a stage set up by karl rove to make the bush boy look less dictatorial.

10. You could tell he wanted to keep walking ... but yeah, it got to him
So he turned around and headed back to the microphone. I would have loved to have seen a close-up of his face during those moments after he'd heard the question, before he plastered that fake grin on.
