1. oh holy cow, somones staying on Bolvar Island??!!!!
that island has NO seawall, the houses are well built but are all on stilts embedded on SAND. The sand has been getting eaten away and the shoreline has been marching NW for years, the shore IS NOT STABLE, these people are suicidal!

8. Can you tell me more what they said about this?
I missed it. I know some people who live on Bolivar. Who was staying and where? (There is a brand new school which is up on concrete piers but not 30 ft up. More like 18-20.)
