Can we get chimp's definition of "normal"

Cuz he (still falling back on excuses) said in his speech that Katrina was not a "normal hurricane".

So I think the regime's "normal vs not normal" definition needs to be published so those of us in areas that have extreme weather will know if we will be getting rescued by the NG/feds or if we should expect to rot in the streets for a week or more.

George, please define "normal" tornado/earthquake/WMD.

And with all the $$ we have given for Homeland Security, first responders and the like, and all the new jobs he has given his cronies, his definition of normal better be pretty damn broad.
