That's all the Dems need to say in response to this travesty of a speech. This President has always been nothing but empty promises. Talk is cheap. Sounds great, and we should laud his ideas and say "Yes, this is the type of stuff us LIBERAL DEMS ALWAYS WANTED", but remind everybody how totally full of shit he is. Talk is cheap. Bush will NEVER be a good liberal.
