I've seen him in Mississippi a lot but I don't know that I've seen him in NO yet.

1. Except for the airport
Bush's first trip had him give a pathetic speech at the New Orleans airport, but he didn't visit any part of the city. Even people close to the WH admit that they didn't know how the desperate people in the ciyt would react to seeing the emperor.
